Short version: this site works without an account, without advertising cookies, and what you type into the tools never leaves your browser.

Calculation tools

The needs calculator and the portion selectors run entirely in your browser. No entered data (age, height, weight…) is transmitted to a server or stored.

Audience measurement

Traffic is measured without persistent identifiers or tracking cookies (aggregated, anonymous statistics). No data is cross-referenced with third-party sources or shared for advertising purposes.

Newsletter

This section applies only to people who sign up, and only to the email address they provide when doing so. Browsing the site triggers none of these uses.

By ticking the sign-up box you agree that your address may be used for the newsletter and for advertising in the health and nutrition sector, aimed at the Swiss market, including retargeting: the address may be passed in hashed, non-reversible form to advertising platforms to build audiences or exclude people from them. Those platforms may process the data outside Switzerland, under appropriate contractual safeguards. The address is never sold.

No health condition is collected, inferred or used for this targeting. You may withdraw your consent at any time, via the unsubscribe link or on request: this ends all of these uses and deletes the address.
